About Eric
Eric Aguilar is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who provides compassionate, evidence-based care across the lifespan. A Texas native from El Paso, Eric has worked in nursing since 2009 and earned his Master of Science in Nursing in 2022.
His path into mental health care is deeply personal, shaped by the loss of loved ones to mental health struggles. That experience continues to guide his work and his commitment to creating a safe, supportive space where patients feel heard and respected.
Eric provides psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and individualized treatment planning, and he values working collaboratively with therapists to support each patient’s overall well-being. His approach is warm, practical, and centered on helping patients build stability, confidence, and mental resilience in the face of life’s stressors. He also strongly believes in the connection between physical and mental health and often encourages physical activity and sustainable daily habits as important supports for overall emotional well-being.
